This one hour interactive session will get you to tools to practice basic self defense techniques to protect you in your place of business. Krav Maga can be learned by all fitness types, ages, and ability. It is easy to learn and uses the body's instincts and natural mechanics while applying real world self defense techniques. This session calls for volunteers!
Working With Law Enforcement to Create a Safe Community
This discussion will include insight from a law enforcement official working together with a community manager to break down when it is time to call in additional help in a potentially threatening onsite situation. Tips and protocols for a safe environment will be outlined and attendees will learn how to recognize a threat and how to proceed to ensure safety for both themselves and their communities.
