Limited to 30 participants!

The workshop will teach you how to become a more successful board member and how you can recruit and support new volunteers. You’ll learn the role of the board, the president and other leadership positions, and you’ll identify effective ways to work with professional managers and service providers.

Please note you must be in attendance at all three sessions, attendance will be monitored. If you are unable to commit to all sessions, please do not register for this round of programming. As attendance is limited, any registrants who are not present during all programming will be charged a $25 fee, as CAI-NJ subsidizing the program to be free for NJ chapter members.

This is a virtual program and will not be made available at this time for in person training.
